The Centre for Research Programmes of the EU is cooperating with key institutions and organizations in the area of ​​research, innovation and project management for years.

As part of activities to develop cooperation with partners, experts from the Center for Research Programmes of the EU take part in conferences, events and meetings aimed at popularizing knowledge related to research and development initiatives, as well as presenting possibilities of financing R&D work. An important element of expert work is the development of positions and opinions, including: to program projects such as: European Funds for a Modern Economy (FENG), European Funds for Social Development (FERS) and European Funds for Mazovia (FEM).

The cooperation of the Centre for Research Programmes of the EU with the Polish Chamber of Commerce for High Technologies (IZTECH), whose founder is the Institute of Fundamental Problems of Technology of the Polish Academy of Sciences, aims to develop the high-technology sector and the digital transformation of the industry. IPPT PAN is a member of the Digital Transformation Managerial Competencies Network (KOMNET) initiated by the Chamber in 2021.
