On 19–20 October 2026, the 5th Central European Technology Forum – CETEF’26 will take place at the Lecture and Conference Centre of Poznan University of Technology. The EU Research Projects Centre (CPB UE) will be present at the event with a dedicated stand showcasing the Innovation Coach, PREMIERE and WiderAdvance Facility projects.
CETEF is an international technology forum organised since 2014 by the Polish Chamber of Commerce for High Technology (IZTECH) and the Polish Federation of Engineering Associations (NOT). The event is held under the patronage of the European Parliament and under the auspices of the European Commission, in cooperation with universities, research institutes and the high-tech sector.
This year’s edition will be held under the theme “High Technologies for Europe’s Security”. The Forum will bring together more than 1,000 representatives of the technology, research, industry and public administration sectors, providing an international platform for discussion, exchange of experience and building new partnerships.
Key topics of CETEF’26 will include the development of technologies crucial to Europe’s technological sovereignty and security, building international partnerships and strengthening the role of Central and Eastern European countries in the European research and innovation ecosystem. The Forum will also provide an opportunity to showcase the technological potential of Poland and the region in the context of major European high-tech projects.
